I’m Alan Rosete

Alan Rosete

Over the past two years, I have happily worked as a data analyst. I have been involved in political campaigns, the public sector, and the healthcare sector, and I also enjoy applying my knowledge to personal projects that greatly help me organize my life and make better data-driven decisions.

Among the skills I possess are the use of SQL, Power BI, R, and Python for descriptive statistical analysis of data. I am also proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

In addition to the above, I hold a university degree in Administration, Government, and Public Policies, where I learned various methodologies, including multiple courses in descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and advanced statistical methods. These classes sparked my interest and passion for the world of numbers and data. However, it was the Google Data Analytics certificate that truly broadened my horizon regarding the vast world of data. I completed this certificate in approximately 10 months of intensive study. Thanks to this certification, I decided to rigorously prepare myself daily in the art of data analysis and data science, which has resulted in significant learning.

Finally, I consider myself someone with a high sense of responsibility, determination, an analytical mindset, creativity, quick learning abilities, good communication skills, and a strong desire to continue working with data.
